I needed tile last minute and Angela’s marble and tile came through with a great price and same day delivery for over 2,300 sq ft of tile. Saved the day. Great customer service. Went back for extra tile and they had it driven from their Naples store to Fort Myers store for me so I didn’t have to drive to Naples. Great staff and great tile quality too.

Just regretting from my 5 starts since I’m a professional tile installer as you can see at the pictures below, then every time I was forward my costumers to Angela’s to get tile from them (kindda sell it) and for free they never gimme a candy for it, well at the last bathroom that I did that was the same, just forwarded my costumer to them which spend more than $5000 dollars in materials, I picked up the materials by myself, it was in a poor condition very poor boxes full of bugs and all kind of moisture and wet boxes due the exposure in weather, i did the install of the bathroom for the costumer and couple pieces was stained due the pressure of the paper and the condition how it was stored, Angela’s tile blamed me to install this and offer my costumer like $200 back for inconvenience after more than 10 calls and after all of this, so there we are, Pay attention of what u get from them because you would never get paid back, I never recommend Angela’s tile to anybody again!!!!

Angela’s Marble & Tile of Fort Myers is by far the best. They have great Service, Product and Pricing. When you can’t find what you are looking for, they go above and beyond to source what you need. We have been doing business together for years and are never disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience at Angela’s Tile. Lida was very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a wide variety of products like no where else. I highly recommend.

Beginning to shop for mailn level tile install (about 1,000 sq ft. and removal of existing) Looked at Big Box - Tile Outlets, Tile and Decor, ++ and found many options but difficult to get recommendations or technical information. Went into to Angela's and was disappointed to see a relatively small showroom. But, was greeted quickly by Leda who asked me a few questions and within minutes they brought out several tile samples that were exactly what I was looking for! However, I we were still unsure of the "best color." One of the people from the warehouse was there listening (had broken english) who went to a stack and pulled out the perfect tile! True customer service! Leda also offered me very competitive pricing and even recommended an installer who did an excellent job! Would recommend Angela's and Leda very highly!

Lida and the team at Angela's Marble & Tile were absolutely wonderful. After purchasing my first home in 12 years I had to tear out the old carpeting and tile the entire home so it was a huge decision process for us. Lida and her team were extremely patient, super friendly, Knowledgeable and professional during the entire process. Being first time customers and having shopped around a lot even at the big box stores it quickly became quite apparent that no one in town could beat the price and or service of Angela's. The buying experience was enjoyable and pricing was fair. The problem was after the sale. I relied on the salesperson expertise on what was needed. 1750 sq ft of tile I was told I would need 34 bags on thinset. I used 23 bagsleaving 11 bags extra. I wanted to return them and was told there is a 25 percent restocking charge. Again, I did not tell them how many bags I would need. When discussing this over the phone they said one bag covers 50sqft. Researching on google a bag covers 50-95 sqft. Thus the extra thinset. I disagree with the 25 percent stocking charge and they would not budge on the policy. I spent 2700 dollars there.
Secondly one bag of grout was at the bottom of the pile taped together. It was not a full bag and when opened had to be sifted to finish the job, it was full of hard grout rocks from moisture.
Beware, what good is there pricing when they oversell then want a 25 percent restocking charge. Customer service is good until the sale is made. I would not recommend

Excellent customer service and a beautiful selection of ceramic and porcelain tile in all sizes, also an amazing display of the new wood looking tiles! Really wonderful and helpful staff. Love this place!
