Jay and Bill did an awesome job! Jay told us how he would do the repairs to the ceiling drywall and install the stairs to the attic. They kept us informed of issues throughout the job. Highly recommend their services.
Within a week after contacting Mr Handyman Jay and another gentleman were out and replaced missing siding from Ian. They did a great job and very much appreciated.

I contacted Mr. Handyman via email on 05/26/23. I received a return call from Jay and scheduled an appointment to review my projects at my home on 06/04/23. Jay was on time and we discussed my projects in detail. Jay promised a return call or email with additional information including scheduling. On 06/14/23, I reached out to Jay via telephone - had to leave a voice message. My message included a request to let me know if he was no longer interested in my projects. I also followed up with an email. Imagine my dismay when I went online on 06/15 and saw a new review from a customer to whom Jay responded within 24 hours and completed the work the next day. It has now been 2 weeks since Jay came to my home to review projects. No email, no call back, no contact whatsoever. Seemed to be a nice guy. This is the last thing I expected. And now I have wasted 2 weeks waiting for a reply.

I had been waiting months for return estimates/phone calls on drywall contractors, to no response. I had been informed, that due to the hurricane and so many jobs, many businesses were shorthanded. I called Mr. Handyman and spoke with Jay, who said someone could be here the following morning. Brendan showed up on time and completed all the work needed. I was very pleased with the professionalism, fast response and overall quality. I would highly recommend them for any services/needs that they cover. I even received two texts from Jay, asking if everything was taken care of.

Had a track issue with kitchen waste basket cabinet. Called several cabinet companies but all said that they just did installs. Found Mr Handyman on google search. Haley was so nice and assured me that Bill could fix it! Had been trying to get someone for over a week! Bill showed up, evaluated cabinet and said installer had not anchored slides to cabinet! He fixed and now I am happy! Finally! Have Mr Handyman in my phone contacts for any future needs! Thanks Bill and Haley!
