I had a "whole house" re-pipe done. The fact that Aztec takes care of the piping and repairs all the holes was important in my decision. I'm glad I chose them. The installers were great. They were no nonsense, neat and polite. The young man who did the drywall repairs is an artist. You would never know they were here.

When I called, the friendly receptionist promised a same day visit. Jordan then arrived very quickly, and very kindly went over the options for a new garbage disposal, with no pressure to choose the more expensive one. He worked quickly and then offered to do a general inspection, where he found a slight leak under one of my sinks. He offered to fix it right then and quoted a reasonable price. All was done quickly and courteously. I was overall a very pleasant experience and I will use them again! Meanwhile, the first plumber I phoned never did call me back.

Tyler Pitt from Aztec Plumbing was awesome! I received the estimate on the same day he came to diagnose the problem and it was a fair price. He was honest, had great customer service and got the necessary work done promptly. I so much appreciate him being able to take care of the issues as soon as he did. His customer service was beyond my expectations and they deserve to be noted as that makes such a difference. Thank you Tyler.

David M came to assess our plumbing situation. He was very thorough, efficient, kind, courteous and respectful. He evaluated the situation and then came to us and discussed possible plans for repair. He was very thorough and answered all questions supporting answers with a great deal of knowledge . He discussed and mapped out plan for the repair And explained each step . He was also very thorough when explaining about financing. He did not rush through any of the details about the job and allowed us time to process info and make a decision . He managed the service call extremely well and in a very professional manner. During the visit he had to call in to the office for verification of details and scheduling , he is very adept at managing these calls and interacting with his colleagues. In calling Aztec we chose well. Very impressed with the professional approach and interaction with David- he is definitely a valuable asset to your company!

Adrian was the leader of this team, he was very knowledgeable very patient and always worked to make sure that the least damage was done to the walls and not to disturb wallpaper. His team worked very well together. They were very polite and they cleaned up after themselves, I’ve used Aztec a couple of times now, both times they have sent quality Plumbers.

Big Thanks Goes out to John!! John F!!! Amazing talent and extremely professional. John is extremely knowledgable and a very kind and thoughtful person! The communication with all the Aztec personal was on point, extremely organized and their response to calls were immediate! Killer Team!! Aztec plumbing installed our whole house water filtration system. The system is huge and very intricate. John F. went beyond in his attention to details and response to needs! Outstanding work ethic!
