Blue Haven Pools was a delight to deal with. They had great communication between the buyer and project manager. Quality is important and that's what is top priority on their list. They say "If your not happy with your pool, then were not happy". They also kept us in the loop on the on-going process. They were great to answer any and all questions as we progressed as new pool owners. If any concerns were brought up, they certainly tell you. Lots of great workers who worked together in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

*Highly Recommend Blue Haven Pools* I just wanted to share my Great Experience with Blue Haven Pool on the Gulf, starting with Morgan Moore (Material Coordinator) she was very friendly, knowledgeable and help us pick our materials for the pool. Ed the Project Manager was Amazing, he was very knowledgeable, communicated very well and answered all our questions and text messages. I will say we had the best crews building our pool starting with Excavator guy and his crew, Naldo (coping and tile), Jose (pavers), Ricardo (plaster) Florence (final grade), Bucky (pool technician and school), etc, etc. Thomas Moore General Manager was very instrumental in helping out with HOA concern which turned out to be resolved the same day with his help! And with all this said we ended up with a Beautiful, Stunning Pool that we will enjoy with family and friends!

We just had our pool installed by Blue Haven. Jason McAtee was our project manager. We were one hundred percent satisfied with Blue Haven…especially Mr. McAtee! My husband was very sick through most of the process, and Jason went out of his way to help us out and make sure everything was completed quickly. He even came by himself to brush down the pool when he knew I was in the hospital with my husband. It was very easy to follow the progress through the Builder App and Jason was always quick to answer emails or phone calls. I highly recommend Blue Haven!

Well I should have waited on my review. So I deleted my original. If you leave a review with this company please wait a couple months till after build. Yes it looked good at first. I had many issues with the build process. But we are now past that. My wife has been emailing back and forth with warranty now for 3 weeks. They came out and looked at the plaster and basically said it looked white because of water chemistry. Asked me for the water samples. I told them you hired the company that maintained the water for two months. Which by the way is now out of business. They came and treated the pool. The white is somewhat gone. Then sent a pool texh out to balance the water back out. The next day I took a water sample to our local ace hardware. The ph was way out of control. Which they said they balanced it. Next we now have a cracked fire pit, glue on stones, stones coming apart. All we keep hearing is we are working on getting our sub out there. Well I didn’t pay your sub. So send a Blue haven employee in which I can speak too. Not over email and pictures. This pool was 150000 a big investment. And it looks like this! I could go on about our entire experience with blue haven. But I would run out of space. And hit my character limit. I would like to speak to the owner on the phone. But can’t seem to find his number anywhere.

Posted the day my pool project started. Happy to say it’s done and is beautiful. The crew did great work. I couldn’t be happier. All my neighbors comment they wish Blue Haven did their pool. Ed Hawkins best and most honest project manager I have ever dealt with. He helped me with upgrades i am super glad i did. Not expensive upgrades but highly impactful. On to Landscaping and Fence.
