Had the worst experience with First Choice Plumbing. Have worked with many plumbers over the years, have never experienced anything like this! Multiple issues with their install, very unprofessionally handling those issues. The worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! Wouldn't recommend.

First, I would have to say customer service is number one factor when I choose a service that I will be paying for. Unfortunately, First Choice Plumbing is providing the worst one in town. As any other customer, people get at least three quotes and go with the best offer. I called two more companies that my partner sent to me, but what I didn’t know that I had spoke with FCP before and right away she dismissed me for calling other companies and she said “If you are going to call other companies we go ahead and cancel your appointment for today. We are not going to waste our time if you are going to choose someone else” What a joke!!!! So rude and unprofessional and I will never indicate this company for anybody. No customer should be forced for a service and we should always search for the ones that offer best service and price. This is capitalism and if you like or not you are doing wrong business to think we are not allowed to shop best price.

Mike was super friendly, knowledgeable and straightforward. I will be calling him back for an installation project in the future. Thank dude. Also the person I spoke over the phone was friendly also
