This company is amazing! Rob and his partner quickly diagnosed and repaired a difficult problem in under 30 minutes. I will certainly use them in the future and hope you will, too.

I don’t know how there are only 5 star ratings. I called this company to replace the garbage dishwasher, then I remembered how poorly they performed when I hired them a few years ago to fix a water leak at a rental house. I thought replacing the garbage disposal should be straight forward enough. The availability was good, the installation seems fine for now, although I think using $135 item and charging $200 for a 30 minute labor is outrageous. The one star is for the technician answering questions with the attitude as if talking to a kid, then left the register form for me without giving me any serial number (engraved or printed somewhere on the disposal, I suppose). The invoice does not include any information necessary for the registration. I would not hire them again.

What a great company! Shawn Demers couldn't have been friendlier. As a single person I've had a lot of service people talk down to me. Shawn was professional, very knowledgeable and super-efficient. Really appreciate the great service and I won't hesitate to call again!
