There’s a very serious plumbing issue in my apartment complex: I live on the third floor and whenever I turn the shower on in my hallway bathroom, the first floor apartment experiences some major leakage issues in their ceiling. I called my landlord because the first floor owner talked with me and was concerned because the roof was about to completely give out. My landlord sent the plumbing company in charge of my complex, Premier Plumbing, to my apartment to solve the issue. Two men showed up, walked right in and said what I was saying didn't make any sense. They said this wasn't their issue or my issue and that it must be the apartment below mine that has the real issue. They were there for less than one minute before they left. Then, to make matters much worse, my landlord called saying that Premier Plumbing apparently came to our apartment but they said that we denied access. So, just to be clear, they LIED to my landlord about us denying access. My landlord knew this didn't sound right since we were the very ones who called him to solve this issue! I’m sorry but if you have any sort of maintenance company LYING about something like that, that is a major red flag. Very unprofessional.
Our story begins when our GRU water bill was triple the amount. The GRU tech came by the next day and said we had a leak. We called Premier Plumbing and Leak Detection. They came out two days later and stated we had no leak. They did not charge me for it because they could immediately see it in the meter without pulling out equipment. We have galvanized pipes and know it’s a matter of time before we had to repipe the entire house. We asked for a quote. It was several thousand dollars cheaper than two other companies that quoted us several years back. We decided to book them now then when it’s an emergency. David and Justin came out a few days later and finished the entire house in two days. They put a shut off valve on the side of the house so I don’t need to walk out to the street anymore to turn it off at the meter in emergency situations. They were both very courteous and kind. They were considerate of the noise and cleaned up after themselves. They gave us our options and allowed us to make the choice. They had excellent customer service skills! We are very happy with the job they did. We now have hot water at every faucet and we have good water pressure. We can flush in one bathroom and shower in another at the same time without losing the pressure. We will definitely call them back for any plumbing needs. Thanks David and Justin!

When our well pump was running too often, we thought we had a problem with that system. Nope, it was a busted pipe under the slab in our office. We figured this out when the carpet became mysteriously wet.
Sam from Premier came right out and detected the location of the leak through the slab within inches. We scheduled the repair and two days later he showed up bright and early and knocked out the repair in just a few hours.
He and his crew were prompt, knowledgeable, polite and left no mess. 5 stars isn't enough!
