After snaking this 20 foot sink drain 6 times and not getting it unclogged, I gave up and called RotoRooter. Due to a cancellation, they were able to come over earlier than expected. The call to change the appointment was greatly appreciated. The technician who arrived was informative, personable, and a delight to have in our home. The drain was not easy to unclog, but he worked at the stubborn clog until it was clear. Thank you so much!
I had a plumbing emergency and called for help. The answering service told me they had an available technician. When I got a return call the lady said there was no available technicians and that the “answering service would never say that” and laughed at me. She basically called me a liar on the phone.

Had a leaking pipe from water heater I noticed at 10pm. Spoke to a service technician that night who advised how to temporarily stop until I could get a service technician in the next morning. The next morning, a service technician arrived, quickly assessed and took care of the situation. Don’t know if the price was comparable to other service providers as I did not have the luxury quoting others as a storm was hitting the next day and I wanted this taken care of ASAP. Glad for the quick response and solution.
