The best! I’ve had multiple repairs done on my home and they are professional, quick to respond, and great to work with! Highly recommend!
We chose to work with Scarborough Plumbing (over other options) because they were very responsive when we first called, and the diagnosis of our plumbing issues by Clark was extremely thorough – he spent a lot of time investigating the problem and explained it to us in detail, with photos and videos he’d taken while underneath our house. He also offered us several options and estimates for how to address it. During both visits, Clark and his partner were courteous, professional, answered our questions, and worked non-stop. They earned our trust to do a complete replacement of our outgoing plumbing, addressing lots of wonky patch jobs that had been done by different parties over the years. We’re very happy and grateful for the excellent work that was done and are relieved to not have to worry about what’s going on under our house. Debbie who manages the office was terrific to work with as well regarding scheduling, invoicing, and payment. Our experience was all good and we highly recommend Scarborough Plumbing!

While renovating our condo at Campus Edge, we had a water line in the bathroom snap like a twig. After scrambling and turning off the water to the unit, we called Scarborough Plumbing to come repair the mess that was made.
Not only did they send someone out the very same day, but the plumber did an excellent job replacing not just the broken section of pipe, but additional pipe that was prime to break in the future. This professionalism and attention to detail saved us both headaches and $$ down the road.
They have since replaced the water heater in that same unit, and again we couldn’t be happier with the quality of work, the prompt on-time professionalism of the workers, and the excellent value of their low prices. I can not recommend this company highly enough, and we won’t be looking anywhere else for our future plumbing needs!
