I hired All Florida Hurricane Protection to replace all the windows in my townhome to Hurricane Impact. I could not be happier with the service and outcome. Robert (owner) was responsive and explained everything in detail. The office was very communicative about timelines and when workers would be on site. Orlando was the lead installer on my crew. Not only was he knowledgeable about his job, but was also very respectful of property throughout the completion of the job. I would definitely use them again if needed.

They were hired by the building to install impact glass windows. They did a shoddy, unfinished job because they knew the owner was overseas so couldn't check the work immediately. They pushed the dishonesty so far as to say that the discrepancies, the missing elements, and the too short caches were due to the tenant, “for some reason”. And finally they demanded a large sum to rectify their own shoddy work. Of course I refused. And I had the work done by an excellent company who did a very good job in my other apartment: Exclusive Windows and Doors.

I hired All Florida Hurricane Protection to change out all the windows and doors for my primary residence. Robert the owner was very responsive and explained in detail how the whole process would go and was always available at a moments call. His team was very professional and on time and did an amazing job. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their windows and doors.

Robert and his entire team were fantastic to work with. If there was a 6 star option he would deserve it. You get what you pay for. Professionalism, guidance and skill. He was there from step 1 through the end handling my entire 1938 house. From measurements to permitting to install through finishing they never left me feeling alone and without guidance. The entire team is skilled and attentive to client needs. In a city with a lot of options I cannot recommend Robert and company enough! Do yourself a favor and call him. He will hold your hand the entire way, he will handle any bumps in the road and he will lead you to a successful result. Thank you, Adrian and your entire crew. We are blessed to have your work in our home forever. This was no easy project with over 25 windows, 8 doors and multiple issues dealing with a nearly 90 year old home. Call Robert today!

This is the WORST company I’ve ever had to deal with. They did the Grand Condo and I speak to people regularly with issues like mine. Door never closes or slides properly after installing, door handle fell off shortly after install. Door wasn’t installed properly with them using white paste to replace missing nail covers!!!! So the handle naturally fell off bc it was never secured. It’s horrible and I now have had tape on my door for months to stop wind from coming in the wholes where the handle was. Sent pics to owner. They won’t even come to repair it after numerous calls and the owner giving me his personal cell! Do not use this company!!! Very dirty sloppy work and really unprofessional. Currently they’re “speaking with my building” in regards to the matter vs just coming in and fixing their cheap work for an in need customer!!!
