We have built 4 houses over the years. Each with varying and increasing custom options. This being our retirement home, we wanted the best from everything we have learned. We did our homework upfront and viewed the work of a couple of builder in North Florida. We met with Bryant and Joe and discussed our dream home. Not only did they listen and work hard to make each expectation a reality, they made great suggestions to make some ideas even better. No matter what Pinterest fueled idea we asked for, no problem is the answer we got and they delivered. Their sub contractors were well managed and on time. They were as careful with our checkbook as they would be with theirs. The craftsmanship of work modeled off our homemade drawings is impeccable. They treat your home as if it were theirs. Thank you to the entire Wiggins Construction Team for our dream home.

We reached out to Wiggins Construction by recommendation of our realtor, and we are so glad that we did! They made our dream come to life. Of everyone we spoke to, Wiggins gave the best price per sqft and was the most inclusive. Bryant kept us up to date with what would be happening so we could have realistic expectations throughout the process. The build was completed faster than expected, and we absolutely adore it! Would highly recommend Wiggins Construction to anyone looking to build their dream home!

Wiggins Construction just completed our custom built home in Keystone Heights and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. Bryant and his team made this a very smooth and easy process. Any changes that we made throughout, they got it done and there was no surprises, very transparent and true to their word. Bryant and his team are the best! They just finished our family lake house down in Interlachen and we are still amazed at the end result. Wiggins built our first home back in 2012 and they have only gotten better! So happy we came back and cant wait for our next build our other lot.

From the first phone call to the completion of the renovation we were treated with attention, courtesy, and respect. The Wiggins team handled all the intricacies of the project, they showed great craftsmanship and did an excellent job communicating with us.
