Best plumbing company bar none. Wouldn't think of using anyone else. Quality work, knowledgeable and caring techs. Using them for Master bathroom and laundry remodel, and used them in the past for guest bathroom remodel. Kinda wish I had another bathroom to do to use them again. Thanks to Shawn, Terry, and the whole team for treating my home with care and respect.

This plumber was recommended highly by an old friend whom I trusted. When I spoke to the owner he was very kind and professional but unfortunately, the owner was not the person who showed up at the house. The plumber who did the work seemed rushed because it was his last job of the day. He came to deal with a leak we had been experiencing with our toilet. The original problem was corrected because he stopped the leak which was coming from the bottom of the toilet but he grouted the tile where the leak had lifted tiles and actually put lose tiles upside down and left tiles completely out. The area looks horrible now. Every time I look down at the ground I am disgusted and reminded of the $150 dollars that I spent on an awful job. The toilet tank still wobbles every time we sit because he never tightened the bolts and he cut the fill valve with a hacksaw so low that the tank takes at least 5-7 minutes to fill. I would not recommend this plumber and certainly would not hire him again to do the work. Hopefully he gets rid of the employee who did our Horrendous job. Very disappointing.
