We had our original guest bathroom remodeled by Kitchen and Bath Design Center (then KBF) several years back and the work was so fantastic, we chose to use them again, this time for our original master bathroom. I can't say enough great things about this outstanding company and their hard-working, talented employees! With a huge job like this, it involves a lot of coordinating and scheduling. The workers were always on time and ready to get started as soon as they arrived! They were each so respectful of our property and always very polite! They worked non-stop when they were in my home! I never seen them sit down and take a break!!! Their communication with me throughout our entire remodel was incredible! Gisella called each afternoon with the next day's time-frame schedule and who would be coming to my home. This was a huge help to me! (Thank you dear Gisella!) County permits were pulled for the job and taken care of by Kitchen and Bath Design Center along the way, as required. (Thank you Trish!) The detailed craftsmanship of this remodel is incredible! The before and after pictures speak volumes! The owner Lee has your complete satisfaction as his number one priority, and it shows through his hard-working, conscientous employees! He is so easy to work with, listening to your remodel desires along the way. Our job leads, Roberto and Shane, followed up with every question I had! The communication and professionalism of this company is like no other! We LOVE our new bathroom!!!!! We SO appreciate every one of the hard working, talented employees who made it happen, to name a few: Lee, Roberto, Shane, Sergio Sr, Mario, Rick, Brian, Ryan, Rob, Carlos, Ramon, Chris, Sergio Jr., Eugene, Ellis, Gisella and Trish! I have used KBF twice now - first on our primary bath in 2021 and again for the guest bathroom in 2023. Very pleased with both remodel experiences. The quality of workmanship and professionalism was good in 2021, and has improved two years later. From the attention to detail in the work to problem solving a leak, the commitment to the project was there everyday. Project Manager Shane, those at the KBF office and those working in my home always kept me informed about what was happening or coming next. Great experience overall and I have already recommended them to others. Guess it is time to remodel the kitchen! Thanks!

2022 Review: 3 years after completing our kitchen, we invited KBF back into our home to renovate both our bathrooms. Once again, each person that we interacted with was professional and courteous. They take pride in their work, and respond to any questions or concerns that you have. Shane was our project manager, and was always responsive. In our master bathroom, they removed the tub and constructed a gorgeous walk-in shower. We love it! 2019 Review: KBF did an excellent job for us for our kitchen remodel. Our work included new cabinets, countertops and backsplashes with some minor modifications to the wall layout of the existing kitchen. We liked the fact that KBF has their own employees working on the project. KBF was professional and provided excellent communication during the entire process. We were never surprised by either an extra cost or an unusual event. Bill, our project manager, responded to every phone call either immediately or by the end of the day. They kept us in the loop of the process during the entire remodel. When we added some minor scope to our project, after the contract, the price quoted was very reasonable. Every person that we interacted that came to our home was courteous and professional. They treated our home as they would treat their own home. The final result is a beautiful new kitchen that our family is thoroughly enjoying.
