Our condominium association is almost 50 years old, and the last update was done about 20 years ago. Needless to say, the appearance of the buildings inside and out was dated and needed improving. We have a very talented Building Committee of owners, but felt that adding a professional designer would bring a cohesiveness and integrated design that would yield a great result. We were not disappointed! Amanda met with our Building Committee on several occasions to discuss design considerations and help guide the renovation ideas. The Committee loved Amanda, her insights, and recommendations. Amanda prepared several concept sheets with various options based on the interests of the Committee members as well as her own recommendations. She then obtained samples of the various options for carpeting, wallpaper, paint, hardware, etc. for everyone to look at, and at the same time showed the combination of selections that she recommended. After laying out the samples in the lobbies, building entries, and building exteriors, the Committee chose Amanda’s recommendations. Amanda then prepared final concept sheets for mailing out to our ninety owners for approval. Seventy-four percent of the owners participated in voting (which is a huge turnout for a condominium association), and all but three people voted in favor of Amanda’s design. The excitement and enthusiasm for what Amanda proposed is high, and we are looking forward to the completion of all of the work over the next year! Thank you, Amanda, and your team (especially Brandi) who worked hard to pull all of Amanda’s design concepts together!

It took me over 2 years to find Amanda and her team. We moved from the DC area to Florida with a contemporary aesthetic. Simply could not find any designers in the area that we felt "got" us. Can't believe our luck in finding Amanda. She and her staff helped us improve our kitchen and create a study that is architectural, gorgeous and functional. I highly recommend Amanda Webster Design... easy to work with, creative and they listen.

Finished our ten month renovation this past summer of our little Amelia Is. condo on the beach. Took it to the studs. We did it all with the exceptions I think two trips from our home in Los Angeles. Andrea Colbert and Amanda are so very talented and professional. We feel it was a terrific fit as the firm is tech savvy we truly did it all via phone / internet with a few trips to touch / decide. The result is more than we could have imagined. The white Pecky Cyprus ceilings my favorite! They got it all right. She referred a top notch contractor who also understands quality work that Amanda and her team insists upon. If is wasn't right- she had them re-do it ! Hiring her firm took the headache out of a big remodel.
