The technician was great, however, office staff failed to relay the fact that I called to have UV bulb & air purifier bulbs replaced while have a seasonal tune up…so that didn’t get done, and now I wait again for them to come back out. Innocent mistake, but irritating.

Northeast Florida A/C made it easy to make an appointment right away, that fit my schedule. The tech, Kevin, couldn’t have been better. He arrived during the designated time, and was professional, courteous, and efficient. He also was knowledgeable and patient, answering all of my questions. He didn’t leave a mess. The home we purchased had an A/C upgrade, an air purifier; but it didn’t work. Our senior community takes care of repairs, service, and replacement of our A/C system. However, since the air purifier was an added upgrade, it wasn’t covered. We had a similar air purifier at our previous home, and wanted one here, especially since we have pets. We were prepared to spend hundreds if dollars to replace the air purifier unit; but Kevin was able get it working great; perform maintenance, and save us a lot of money. We only paid the minimum service fee, less than $100! Our senior living community uses Northeast Florida A/C; and I see why. I couldn’t have been more pleased; I highly recommend Northeast Florida A/C, and Kevin. ??? Photo is of the air purifier unit Kevin got working/performed maintenance on for us.
