Daniel and Jeremiah from Roto rooter came to replace and install a new toilet and a faucet. They were very professional, and left the work area very clean. Truly they demonstrated an outstanding job. I strongly recommend this company to anyone. Their job was guaranteed for a year for any water leakage. Thank you for a job well done:
After having bad experiences with a "local" plumber, I called this nationally known plumber not knowing exactly what to expect. i got a very professional chain of service that resulted in a local response to my home the next morning with a service tech (thanks Mr. Tun!!) who took time to thoroughly test and diagnose plumbing and electrical systems, provide a written estimate, and then started the work immediately (poor guy was there all day digging outside in the 100* heat). He demonstrated that he had fixed the problem successfully before collecting the appropriate amount. He also honored the $75 coupon I had seen online. He kept me informed all along the process and the entire team was very professional. I am very pleased and will definitely recommend and use them again. Not an inexpensive repair, but they were way better than others I have used.

Avoid if possible! Worst experience ever. Had a busted pipe on outside faucet and then it got worse from there . Worker came at 1:00 pm. Gave me a price of $657 to replace broken pipe area and faucet. Called me 3 hrs later to let me know there was more damage to pipe and would be a little more. Charges another $500. Come to find out he had hit the pipe in several spots with the shovel, couldn’t fix it and left at 7pm to tell me he will call his supervisor, left us with no water, had mud all over our house, didn’t care and we had to pay for his mistakes. Next day a supervisor came after I called about what was going on because no one reached out to me, he was more concerned about making more money and said I need to replace pipe to street and quoted me $8500 to replace 25ft of pipe from house to JEA connection!! For a small house in Murray Hill! No way!!! Finally after all that, they had someone come and repair all the damage the first plumber did !!! Do not call Roto rooter. I blame them for not training their people correctly to call for help if not sure what to do! They hide mistakes and make you pay for their damages and price gouge you to hell!! Called another plumber to replace pipe to street and he said it’s around $1200.!!!
