These guys are the best !! On time, always perfect fit, and extremely flexible to our needs. Recently upgraded a hall bathroom, was able to bring in my measurements . 1 week later I picked up the most beautiful single sink with matching splashes. Also had them install full kitchen granite last year, aa well as a double sink quartz for our master remodel. I was referred here by a cabinet refinishing shop, who claimed this the best fab shop in Jacksonville.

Art of Granite Countertops

Update since last post: they came out and fixed the issue. Communication was still an issue as things were not properly conveyed to the installers. Glad we got things resolved, but they are in desperate need of front desk people After initial installation, found out that countertop alignments were off as my appliances got installed. After multiple phone calls, they came back to fix, in which I had to explain to them what Marcus thought should be done because apparently no one actually spoke with the installers. Latest iteration of this has left a large gap to the wall they filled with caulking which looks terrible. And now I'm 5 phone calls in, no closer to getting this cleaned up Their communication throughout this whole process has been terrible. I find I have to call back in constantly, and they say they'll get back to me, but never do. And then when they do finally get around to putting me on the schedule, that is never communicated unless I call in and ask

Art of Granite Countertops

Super happy with our countertops. Art of Granite is different in that they only charge you for what you use, and in our case that was a lifesaver since we were only inches into a second slab. Crystal was great throughout the process, and patient since it took a while for us to find the stone we wanted. Install was quick and easy. The stone we chose was lovely but had weak spots of quartzite, which they warned us about. When an accessory piece did break, they recut without a fuss, and it was perfect. We even got a complimentary cutting board from our stone. Would definitely recommend, THANKS AoG!!
