Super grateful for these guys. They handle the security at both my home and now most recently my business. The installers and service techs are great. I’ve used several other companies over the years and found them all to be pretty slimy. Don’t waste your time shopping around, just use these guys.

Atlantic Security has provided services to our original business location for several years. Due to stellar serivce, we opted to use them again at our new location. The installer was very professional and polite. Best part-he left the areas he worked in as clean, if not cleaner, than they were we he arrived.

After encountering some system issues and facing a delayed service appointment for 2 weeks, I felt dissatisfied initially. However, one of the managers, J-Mac, personally reached out to apologize for the inconvenience and reassured me of their commitment to resolving the issue promptly. It turned out that a low battery in one of the motion sensors was causing the malfunction. J-Mac empathetically acknowledged my frustration, making me feel heard and valued as a customer. In such situations, feeling understood by the company you rely on is crucial, and J-Mac excelled in providing that support. Ultimately, Atlantic Security has consistently been our reliable partner in safeguarding our business, ensuring our peace of mind regarding the security of our property and assets.
