Had Vector Security at the house today to trouble shoot some lighting issues and verify signal strength. Kevin called ahead to give us an estimated arrival time, he showed almost exactly when he said. Very knowledgeable and friendly, showed me how to change notification through the website and gave us a recommendation on how to boost our WiFi signal to the locations we need. Great response and would recommend Vector Security to anyone needing or wanting a home or business security system. Thank you for your professionalism Kevin, it was a pleasure working with you.
Anthony B. is the absolute best! He was on time, called to let us know he was on the way, was friendly and helpful with advice, and fixed our issues quickly. He explained what he was doing the whole time and provided some insightful troubleshooting information for future reference. I can’t remember the last time we had such good service. The company was responsive when we called and they got back to us first thing the next morning when we left an after hours message. Highly recommended!

As a customer of Vector for the last 3 years, I've experienced highs and lows, but most recently they have renewed my faith in them as a trusted security company. This was due in huge part to Tony the Operations Manager. Tony was dedicated to ensuring my satisfaction. He listened to me and acknowledged where things had gone wrong in the past, which made me feel valued as a customer. It's not often you find a manager who truly cares about customer satisfaction these days. At this point, Vector is the best security company for my needs, both product and services. I would recommend them to others!

I am very satisfied with the service received today by Anthony P. to install a video doorbell. The service was quick and clean. Anthony then took the time to walk us through the app, answer all of our questions and provided us with some good tips, as well. I have been a customer of Vector Securities for 9 years and highly recommend them.

We first had Vector when we lived in NC, and due to the great service, we kept our account after moving to FL 6 years ago; I don't regret it. Early this week, our system went out and once I explained to Tiara, in customer service, the urgency of the matter, she went above and beyond to find a time/date that would fit my schedule, 2 days later. Tiara communicated with me frequently to update me on any scheduling changes. Tracy was the technician and I am equally impressed: she was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what the issue was. Overall, it was a great experience; thank you Tiara and Tracy!
