From the first phone call (I called twice only because I was making sure I got a couple quotes first) until the movers left, it was such a smooth, easy and friendly experience! The woman who answered my call, the man who scheduled my pick up and the two guys who picked up the couch were so pleasant. Honestly, we would have just dumped our broken couch on our own for free to save money but I was having a hard time finding a place in walking distance to dump it for free. So instead of renting a moving truck, Junk Kings were our solution. They seem to be cheaper than other companies I called too! Anyways, if you need a service like this, I 100% recommend!
I can't thank JUNK KING enough! They are a very professional company who are very knowledgeable in their work. I feel so much better now that all my "junk" has been removed from my home. They had shoe booties on which was another plus!

These folks were great! I saw a commercial on TV for their junk removal service around 8AM today. I called the number (and also used the on-line appointment service). I live maybe an hour or so from their Jacksonville, FL office. I had requested an 11AM to 1PM time for that same day. Believe it or not, I immediately received a call and was evidently the first for the day, because they were able to meet the 11AM time and had years of scrap metal and junk that had piled up for years, cleared out and picked up in less than an hour from their 11AM arrival. They were very professional and were ready to leave just before noon. Wow! I could hardly believe how quickly this went today. I think their rate was very reasonable for all they are willing to pick up. Hard to find service this quick and responsive this day and age. Much Appreciated.
