My 2023 chevy burned down in front of my house breaking the window closest to it. Very fair price but I cant really wait 12-16 weeks to have 1 external window in the nursery replaced. Awkward customer service. The rep and manager followed up immediately, i said i would like to accept their estimate, they both ghosted. The rep would only respond via text around midnight with a "sorry" and "ill call after my meeting tomorrow at 9am" this happened at least 2 times with no call. They finally respond and are ready to do the job but 12-16 weeks? Ill do it myself... the baby room has a broken window. Its already been 8 weeks to this point. They say it is standard and if so this whole industry is a joke.

I am glad we went with this company, they did a great job installing the 8 windows. The consultant Cory was very thorough and took his time to explain and answer any questions. The crew that set up the windows did a neat job, Pierre and the gentleman whose name slipped my mind, were very kind, the gentleman didn’t mind being asked questions, and was very thoughtful. Also, didn't realize how much we couldn’t see with the previous windows until these were installed, the outside seems so HD now!! Not to mention how awful the last windows were to open, these maneuver at such ease its wonderful, truly high quality. This has been the first company we worked with in Jacksonville that seems to have pride in their work where none is found nowadays.

Before using this company check their rating with the BBB because I wish I would have. They sent someone to do a sloppy job (see pictures) leaving a bunch of holes where they were unable to fit screws and left mostly crooked screws during installation. When I complained about it they said they would send a technician but instead sent the independent contractor that installed the windows who was obviously offended that I said something about the workmanship. He looked at the holes and crooked screws and said they were fine. The attached pictures says it all. I’ve also been waiting about 3 months for them to replace a screen that had a hole in it but they’re in no rush. Lastly, while I paid $9500 for the windows, it was reported to the city as $3652 which does not require a COJ inspection since it’s below $5000. Do yourselves a favor and check their grade with the BBB!
