Home Right windows & Doors is an ethical, honest company. I had a problem with my triple sliding door this morning. Was unable to close it and thought it would be a very costly repair. After calling several companies I got the name of this company. Joe got on the phone with me and after listening to me he asked for a few pictures. He called me back and and explained that I could easily fix the door. I followed his instructions and my door is fixed.
I was ready to pay any amount of money to get this done today as I did not want the door left open!!!
Joe was so very helpful, took time out of his day to help a stranger on the phone. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of their services!!!! So impressed
I’m a new homeowner and bought a condo that had a broken front door frame. Finally after doing research I got around to getting quotes and Pete was my salesman who checked my front door out. He gave me a very reasonable quote back in October. I’m satisfied with the work they’ve completed but I’m giving them a 3 due to their lack of communication with the customer! My door finally got installed today 1/19 and I had to initiate many if not all of the updates/appointments.
With a larger purchase I was expecting updates for when the door was in, to verifying it was the correct order, to communicating about install dates. This is where the ball was dropped for me because they ended up ordering the wrong door and came to install in late November, then said they had put a rush on the new door to get it in 2 weeks (mid dec), that date got pushed back to 1/4 which came and went with me calling for an update, then got a call from a company that makes the doors that the door was ready and I needed to pick it up 1/11 (although it was always an install by HomeRite).
Overall it ended up being a month and a half over the time frame, in which there were 2 freezes here in Jax and I lost a lot of money trying to heat my house with it all escaping through my broken door! It seemed like an extreme lack of communication, and I felt like nothing was done to handle the inconvenience. Which is too bad because they did fairly good work! There’s a little split I spotted today after he left & a nail sticking out. Small stuff I can fix but nevertheless a little disappointing that small details go missed (during install and communication)!

Seal was broken in our homes’ door panels in our siding glass door. Two panels were broken. We contacted HomeRite for warranty replacement. To my amazement, they assured me the windows would be replaced in short order. The company sent out an inspector who after inspection set up an installation date. So, on the date scheduled, Brian and Jason arrived with our new panels. They were very professional and nice, did a great job, and were gone in one hour. I would HIGHLY recommend HomeRite. It is refreshing doing business with such a great company!
