After shopping around and getting many estimates, some even including “Cruise packages”, I opted to sign a contract with First Alert. Jack presented the options in a very simple way of understanding and with no hidden agenda or sales pitch.
The product took many months to be delivered from the manufacturer (2 windows, 1 Sliding door, and 1 main entry door)
The installation was done very professionally. Sergio and his team were very detail oriented and extremely patient with any special requests.
If you just want windows and doors… this is the place to go with.
We ordered Hurrican Screens from First Alert. We had to contact First Alert for some questions, etc. KC answered the phone every time I called. She was very polite, professional, and kind. She always had the answers I was looking for. Such a pleasure.
My Salesman was Jack Columbo. Another delightful person to deal with. He is very helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with.

My overall experience was awesome. From the get go the person who came to give us the quote, Jack C., was great. There was zero pressure put on us to make an immediate decision. He was helpful all throughout the project answering any questions we had. The install team was great and did a great job of keeping things as clean as possible. They were also very easy to get in contact with and answered immediately. The quality of product is great and the price was even better. I would recommend to anyone shopping to contact First Alert right away.

My patio door broke so decided to replace it, quoted some other companies and choose First Alert because Bill answer all my questions was very patience and knowledgeable about impact doors and windows. So made the decision of changing all my doors and windows, for a reasonable price. Raquel and Mariana at the office kept me updated every time. And Jose staff that installed the windows and doors were excellent, extremely professional, Jordan explained every details about the windows and doors. Overall my experience with First Alert was excellent and I recommend them.

Purchased the SuperNova accordion shutters for a window and door on my house to meet the Wind Mitigation requirements. I was going to replace the door with an impact rated door but because of the unique size it was going to be over $800! The accordion shutter and window were less than half that cost.
The folks at First Alert were very helpful with getting the right product for my needs. I was able to get the shutters in less than 2 weeks which was quick. During the installation process I called with some questions and their tech support was very responsive and helpful. The assembly and installation were very easy for a DIY’er with basic skills and the shutters look and work great. I’m very happy with the product and the help I received from First Alert. Definitely a good company to work with.
