I called this company a year ago. The communication was not good, the follow up was not good and I needed a mobile RV shade repaired in Melbourne. I tried to book with them they said it was outside of their coverage area and I said I’d be happy to drive to meet them in the Orlando area, we could set up time. They couldn’t fathom this foreign concept that a motorhome is a home with a motor and it travels.I guess they were too busy to need my business. After some days of thinking about it, They then pawned me off to a contractor they refer business to Cruz Shades, I’m guessing also in Orlando. The gentleman was very nice and kind but missed 4 out of 6 appointments and only called 1 time to let me know he was not coming. Understand I took off work for each of these appointments to meet them. After the 4th missed appointment I let him know. I did not appreciate his lack of respect and lack of professionalism over his voicemail. He responded with blocking my number. The rest of the time he just flaked. From the parent organization, to the franchise owners, to the referral company just an overall unprofessional experience. I would recommend you using someone else.
I’m very happy with the service I received. All the staff on the phone and the owner coming out were wonderful and helpful. The installer was very polite and helpful and did a thorough job too, I highly recommend these guys!

Very satisfied. They worked the problem until they had it resolved. Will definitely call again when I need blind products or service.

Had an issue with two different blinds in my condo. They came out to inspect, told me where to buy replacement parts, and then came back to take care of business. The level of attention and detail is superior! I highly recommend Bloomin Blinds!

We had a wonderful experience with the estimate today. They were so friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the entire process. We didn't feel rushed at all. They give you all of the options and point out considerations you need to make for your window treatments based on your home. I would give 10 stars if I could.
