I can't say enough good things about the owner of this company. I made a big mistake and caused him quite a bit of grief. And yet he was still willing to work with me and was very reasonable (more so than I even deserved.) and very helpful. This is definitely a great company with a great owner. I highly recommend using them for your survey needs.

They did quick work. But they don't communicate well with clients who are hard of hearing! They keep sending voice messages! Duh?! I went into extensive detail about my hearing loss at my very first contact with them, yet they still call and leave voice messages! Does anyone know their email address?

Overall good experience with the company However they didn't bother to give exact dates on completing asurvey draw,it's actually took them SEVERAL MONTHS TO COMPLETE THE SURVEY DRAW ON PAPER.After calling them many times and discussing the issues over and over again .I only needed legal and proper parcel description for Gilchrist county.

So far 1 star. I called 2 local surveyors on Thursday last week for a quote for a land survey, the other competive company sent the quote before the end of the business day. On Friday I followed up with Britt Surveying and called again and I was told it takes 24 hours to process. Sad to say it's Monday after 4pm and still no email or follow up phone call. GQ SOLUTIONS LLC where every customer matters!

FIVE STARS- I want to thank Scott for taking time out to speak to me at length about a vacant property in Branford, which my parents are selling. He explained what a Plat is and the details of a land survey. I was not aware that this type of survey is done by the “purchaser” of the land when they are ready to build. The realtor suggested to my parents that they should acquire a land survey for the MLS listing, adding more expenses out of their pocket. Thank you Scott for saving us this expense. I will give your number to the buyer for a future land surveying reference.
