Rafael was amazing. He came in and was able to immediately tell me what was wrong with my sink. He offered reassurance that he would get the job done, which he did. He was done in a reasonable time and offered knowledge while he worked. 10/10 service.
There was a leak from my unit, into the unit below which had my anxiety through the roof..My tech Alex immediately clam my nerves was he was friendly, clam, informative and professional. He found the issue immediately which was worst than we could have expected multiple rusted cracked pipes. He immediately had a resolution with minimal damage to the ceiling this guy did major work through two small cuts in the ceiling Amazing!!!!! The absolute best I could not be more happier. The pricing is fair, work was perfect customer service excellent. Thank you Alex you are the best 10 out of 10 highly recommend

Roberto was very professional and knowledgable. Did an amazing job. Very up front on price and what we needed to fix our problem. Fixed our outside faucet and our guest shower. Very pleased with the service.

The plumber explained all repair options in detail at each phase of repair. Courteous, informative and worked in a timely manner. The service was for slab leak detection. They had sufficient technology, skills and material to avoid damaging flooring and home foundation.

Alisa went above and beyond when fixing a clog we had. She provided expert advice and friendly tips for the future. She provided excellent service and I would recommend her and Roto-Rooter for any of your plumbing needs. They’ll be the first place I call if I have any plumbing needs again.

My technician Dennis was amazing. We bought a 150 pound toilet to replace our existing toilet. He was on time, professional and got the job done right the first time. Our new toilet looks amazing and the process was seamless. Also the women who answered the phone for me to make the appointment was amazing. I will definitely use them again!

My plumbing leak started at approximately 8 pm at night , yikes! I made a call and they sent a very professional NICE , and experienced plumber Dennis the very next morning! Whew, thank goodness it was repaired and done right. Peace of mind for me. Ever so grateful ????

Carlos was the diamond in the rough for this company. Roto-rooter came to my place for an issue 3 times and never fixed it but claimed they did and tried charging us more and more, even saying they will charge us more and more for no reason. On the 4th visit we had a new plumber named Carlos who arrived. He solved the problem within the hour. He was honest, genuine and respectful. He cleared out my showers drain and got the problem solved. I highly recommend Carlos for professional and proper service. Thank you.

I called cause I had a plumbing issue and a tech was sent the same day. Matter of fact, they came within an hour. My tech name was Rafael and he is the best! When y’all call, ask for him and he’ll get the job done! QUICKLY, too! These folks aren’t cheap but my tech did get the job done in fashionable manner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

This is a great company. From my initial contact to the completion of the job. The lady who took my call couldn't be more nicer and professional. I called in the morning thinking I was going to have to wait a few days to have a tankless water heater installed. I was wrong. Within a few hours, I had a plumber (Jordan) at my place. Jordan and his trainee were professional and respectful. They completed the job without any issues. Will definitely use this company again.

First, I have to say everyone we have dealt with at RR has been great but we must say Luis Matos, who came out for the job, was better than anyone we have dealt with across any industry. It is few times in my life that I have seen someone take pride in their work, is completely professional, very nice to deal with, etc, etc. I can go on and on. So much so that we will schedule our jobs around his schedule. RR please, I hope you realize what you have with someone like Luis because employees like him are hard to come by.
