We had Lains Concrete come out and do a driveway extension for us. From start to finish they were professional, on time, communicated well, and did an overall awesome job. The driveway looks great and they had one of the best prices in town. I will definitely be keeping them in mind for any future concrete needs we have.

Justin and his crew did an excellent job on my 30'x40' slab with ramp and driveway extension. He arrived when he said he would, and often early. Answered my questions straight up and did quality work. Highly recommend!

I have dealt with several concrete crews in the past and I have now found my go to for concrete. They just finished the slab for a 2,000 sq ft shed yesterday. They are very professional, do great work, and don’t leave any mess. The concrete flowed a lot slower than other crews because it wasn’t watered down. You can tell this company is trying to make sure your concrete holds up for a long time. The less water they use in the mix makes the concrete stronger and less likely to crack in the future. Thank you for doing a great job.

Lain’s Concrete, LLC, more specifically Justin, was courteous, professional, responsive and delivered. Justin did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. When he ran into an issue that would impact our original plan, he offered solutions and recommendations, and gave us time to talk it over before deciding how we wanted to address it. I can’t speak for the actual value because, let’s face it, what do I know about concrete? However, I feel like Lain’s concrete was very fair and reasonable. Our building contractor provided the original concrete estimate based on their experience and history with Lain’s for similar size buildings. When Justin arrived for the pre-work inspection and consultation, he quickly realized that additional work (and additional $$) would be needed to properly address the slope on our property. Justin clearly communicated the individual costs, what they were for, and why they were necessary, and ensured that we were all on the same page. Justin answered all of our questions in ways we could understand and was readily available by phone and text. When it came down to the work itself, Justin and his crews were prompt, efficient, and delivered quality product and incredible customer service on time, on budget and without additional change orders. Overall, it was a really easy and positive experience – which is becoming more and more rare these days. Justin and Lain’s Concrete, LLC will be our first call when we’re ready for our next concrete project. (The included photos are not in chronological order. )

Justin came out to look at this job and was spot on with his vision and delivery. He has the utmost professional crew who was on time every morning and finish the job ahead of schedule. My wife and I could not be more happy with the finished product and deliverable ,as it exceeded our expectations. There is nobody else in Lakeland I would recommend for any type of concrete work than Lain’s concrete. They would get 10 stars if Google would let me!
The crew did not require constant supervision, however, they were very responsive to input we provided and had no objections to changing things on the fly. This is a top-notch business that I would be proud to bring back to any job anywhere anytime.

Justin Lain and the team were excellent. From start to finish, Lain gave a fair price to fill in my flower beds and widen my driveway. They came a day before to frame out, and a day later went with the crew and poured the concrete. Excellent experience would recommend for future projects! Thank you, Justin!
