I give this company 5 stars because of the polite, kind gentleman they sent to pick up my junk. I was not happy with the call center giving me a time from 11-1 and it was 3:00 by the time they arrived. I had somewhere I had to be at 2:00 which I did not make it. Your employees are wonderful, the dynamic and structure of the company requires some adjustments.
If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. I called and was VERY honest about the amount of stuff we had, and the number of boxes. In fact, I overestimated the amount of stuff on the phone. Received a quote I was happy with - asked what happens if they go over and the guy on the phone told me that “they do a good job over estimating so that shouldn’t be a problem”. What a lie. They underestimated by an insane margin. What should have taken 3 hours took nearly 7, which doubled my estimate. They were 45 minutes late, One of the movers was on the phone for at least the first hour, and he was on the phone with his BOSS about the job the day before. (600 lb gun safe that ended with 3 broken steps, how in the world I know that is beyond me - I should never have been given that info but apparently the people were upset and managed to get in contact with a manager).
It took them over an hour to figure out how to move the piano that took unskilled movers (our friends) just a few minutes to move when we moved in, and a solid 45 mins to move the washer dryer alone.. I’ve been trying to work this out with them civilly and privately but no one will return my many messages. This company is garbage. Their customer service is even worse. There’s “no way” to contact a manager directly. I can’t believe they are still in business after pulling this over. They will not call me back to explain what happened or try to rectify the situation. Hiring movers was supposed to remove stress but these guys had me so anxious the whole day. One of the two guys did not hustle at all, I had to be in the room with him in order for him to move anything. To top it all off, he asked for a tip via text after overcharging and being on the phone half the day. I was told the guys had “incentives” to move quickly - I don’t think they’re incentivized enough.

Very professional. Scheduled with short notice, took everything I had left after cleaning out the home. Only there a few hours. Highly recommend if you have a large clean out!

Excellent service. On arrival they did not try to upsize me! Arrived on time over and done quickly. Very nice crew. Worth every penny!

Fast, fantastic service. Could not have been nicer or more helpful. I defiantly recommend! I thought pricing was fair and was close to the quotes listed on the website.
