Andrei was our service tech. Arrived on time, did the initial repair quickly on a water line leak/ice maker issue. He was professional and a nice guy. Later in the day, the ice maker was not producing ice so I called company and he came out next Morning. I have an old fridge and he tried to trouble shoot but still not working and could not locate an online manual to query. He replaced a valve and still not working. AFTER he left, he called to say he found out that you have to hold a button for 10 seconds to reset. We are all good now. Appreciate his time and the fact that he called us after he left to continue to try to trouble problem.
Gulf Coast Appliance Repair exceeded all my expectations! Max, the technician, was incredibly professional and skilled. He promptly diagnosed the issue with my washing machine, ordered the necessary parts, and efficiently replaced it once it arrived.
What impressed me the most was Max's punctuality and cleanliness. He arrived on time for the appointment and ensured he left no mess behind after completing the repair. It's refreshing to encounter a service provider who respects their customers' time and property.
I wholeheartedly recommend Gulf Coast Appliance Repair to anyone in need of reliable and efficient appliance repair services. I won't hesitate to reach out to them again in the future if I encounter any more issues. Thanks again to Max and the team for their outstanding service!

Very happy to have my dryer working again. Max was excellent and fast. Great service and I saved a lot of money since I didn't have to purchase a new dryer — this was a major repair (a replacement of the heating element). I highly recommend Gulf Coast Appliance Repair!

I called them this morning and they had Vladimir come out the same afternoon to look at our LG refrigerator. He assessed the situation quickly and pointed us in the right direction regarding the warranty and repair through LG. Very professional and I highly recommend.

We have had several occasions to call on Gulf Coast Appliance for repair at both our own home and at rental properties. They are always on time, communicate the problems they find, and seek lower cost options. This was my first time using Gulf Coast Appliance Repair. It was easy to get an appointment; I called on Tuesday and was scheduled for Friday of the same week. They gave a 2-hour window which is so much better than the 4- or 8-hour window many others use. I didn’t have to free up a whole day to wait for someone who might or might not come. The technician, Max, arrived promptly at 9am. He was professional, competent, pleasant, and gave me good advice on my appliances. Highly recommend.
