Pool Perfection did an amazing job and I recommend if you are looking at a pool project for your home, these guys are the best. Justin, Nick, and the team guided us through the process step by step. Everything went as planned. When a phase was communicated with time line and details it went as detailed. The phases went off on schedule and there was never any question of their competency or lack of quality, and all did a phenomenal job.
There was a minor set back with the pavers, but the problem was taken care of rapidly and the project finalized in 9 weeks. Absolutely amazing crew and staff. 5 stars all the way.
The entire team of Pool Perfection were great. For me communication and details are important, from the moment of first meeting, the design, signing contract, to the final permit They delivered that. We are beyond happy how our new pool looks like. The details, perfection, and more important staying on schedule. Nick our project manager was exceptional on his job, professional, on time, open to subjections, excellent communication, and he made sure we were happy and satisfied during the entire process construction.
I highly recommend Pool Perfection for any pool project you might have from new build to any other services they offer.

We had the most wonderful experience with Pool Perfection. Nick embodies the highest caliber of customer service. Approximately, 15 months before this review, Nick at Pool Perfection resurfaced our pool. He did exceptional work and taught us everything we needed to know about caring for our "new" pool. Recently, with the family loss of our main pool caretaker, I had to take over the responsibility. When I called Nick, he immediately responded by coming to my house. He showed me everything I needed to know, and used such patience and understanding while doing so. Even after 15 months, Pool Perfection was still supporting us. If I could give 10 stars I would! Use this company, you will not regret it.

Pool perfection has been a great company to work with. We updated our pool & added a spa & a cage so it was a big project. From the very start our designer Wes helped us get every detail into our design that was important to us & then some! It turned out perfect! Our project manager Nick was amazing answering every question we had without fail with so much patience! He was there at every step to make sure things were moving smoothly & the way it should be done. All in all it too a total of 8 weeks which is exactly what they told us it would be. We are so happy with the way it turned out & would highly recommend pool perfection to anyone looking for a new pool or update. You will not be disappointed!!

We had an incredible experience with Pool Perfection, and Nick, our project manager, was exceptional. Even though we were in California and our pool was being built at a different location, Nick made the entire process seamless. He walked us through every step with superb communication and provided video instructions, ensuring we felt confident and informed throughout the project.
From what we envisioned in the design, Pool Perfection brought it to life beautifully. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. If you’re considering building a pool, I highly recommend Pool Perfection for their professionalism and dedication. They turned our dream into a reality!

We moved into a new home and had planned on having a nice outdoor living space. Came across Pool Perfection by online search, read the reviews and contacted them. Steve, the designer, listened to what I envisioned the pool will be and then draw out of his design plan using 3D which was pretty cool and really gave us a view on how the pool will come out. He came up with a budget that seemed to be reasonable to what we wanted which was better than any other pool company quited us. I loved his design as well. During the process, Nick and the team worked on ensuring the steps and time frame is being met. Unfortunately, due to some unforseen circumstances with permits etc, it took a bit of time to get going again. Nick was available for any questions we had. Their owner, Shai, has also been involved, making sure that everything is going as planned and to address any issues along the way. Even the ladies at the office, answered all our questions and follow ups. The pool and outdoor kitchen came out great! My son loves it! My family spends more time out there than inside! Our neighbors had been complimentary on how it came out really nice, so most of them are looking into putting up a pool soon. We want to thank Pool Perfection for creating this dream space so we can enjoy our new home. We highly recommend for you to get Pool Perfection for any of your pool needs.

The pool looks great! We had a minor hiccup in the beginning but Shai (owner) was professional and stepped in to assure us we’d get the pool done based on our timeline. I really appreciated their flexibility. Nick was a great PM and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. The entire team did a fantastic job. I’d highly recommend Pool Perfection!

If you have been looking for a pool contractor, STOP right here and read this review! Let me start by saying I 100% recommend Pool Perfection. I'm a 22-year Army Veteran with a "no non-sense" attitude and I'd do it all over again with this team. My wife and I searched for over 12 months to find a contractor that we felt was professional, honest, transparent, reasonably priced and genuinely cared about their clients. The team at Pool Perfection checked all those boxes and more. Their teams were absolutely great to work with from start to finish. They did exactly what they said they would do within budget. The management personally reached out several times to ensure we were completely satisfied with the process and final build. We couldn't be more happy. We were under a strict time crunch to have the pool ready for my daughter's birthday! They went out of their way to make it happen! 5 stars.
