Just want to express our thanks to RIZE Elevator! We needed to get a repair completed after having failed our annual state elevator inspection. We tried contacting the elevator company we have been contracted with for over 20 years to complete the repairs, but we were not getting any response. After waiting for over six weeks for a response and then receiving an exorbitant proposal price we called RIZE Elevator. The team at RIZE was exceptional! Responsive, knowledgeable, and understood exactly what needed to be done while being fully aware of the timeline we were on to complete the repair. After interviewing several Elevator companies, both large and smaller, The Hamptons of Heathrow Condominium Association decided to team up with RIZE Elevator for our Remodernization and upgrade project. After several of our board members met and talked extensively to owner, Jordan Gould, we were convinced that RIZE Elevator was a perfect fit. They are true professionals. The service that we’ve experienced throughout this project has been excellent and has met all of our expectations. The entire team work to be on the same page in making sure that everything is done the correct way the first time. The job has stayed on budget as well as exceeding our expectations as far as the timeline that we were given. We are a community that has four elevators, each with 3 floors. Each elevator was estimated at 3 to 4 weeks. In most cases, the elevator completion was done within three weeks. I think I speak for our entire community, We are very happy to have RIZE on board and look forward to working with them as our service provider in our future.

I have worked with elevator companies from his 20 years, and after many attempts and long contracts, I have always been left disappointed – until now. Rise, elevators goes above and beyond to meet the needs of our organization’s elevator requirements. Safety is our number one concern and saving money is our next priority. Rize Elevator meets both of those requirements better than any other vendor, we have worked in the elevator industry. Since we have moved to Rize Elevator, we do not have the ongoing maintenance issues with our elevators. They always work as needed, and when there is any issues rise is always prompt in returning the elevator to service at once. If you’ve encountered any problems similar to us in the past, you might want to give Rise I think you will find their approach to serving the customer is a welcome change from the existing field in the market today.
