We called Brad on a Friday afternoon as we needed help due to our AC suddenly going out. Brad was able to make his way over to our house within the hour and upon arrival he was friendly, professional and honest. He fixed our issue in no time, and cleaned our unit outside as well. Highly recommend Astoria - they have a new customer here for sure!
Our air conditioner died at noon on the 4th of July. I knew it would be a stretch to get someone out on a holiday. Most calls went directly to voice mail. Thank goodness Astoria was on my list! Bradley answered his phone, said he was out on a call and would call me back when he was in my area on a second call. Within 2 hours he did as promised! We knew we needed a new unit. He gave us a quote which was lower than what our old company had given us. 3 days later we had a new system installed by courteous, diligent technicians. Bradley came by a couple of times to check the progress. We are so pleased with the new system. We are grateful for Astoria Heating and Cooling.

Brad was awesome! I woke up on a Sunday morning and realized my AC was out which is the exact opposite of what you want in July in Florida. Immediately I went to Yelp and messaged a number of businesses to see who could help as soon as possible. About five minutes had passed and Brad responded by saying "I can be there in a half hour". Man was I relieved. Someone was coming to fix my AC on a Sunday morning of all times! When Brad got here he was able to quickly diagnose the issue, fix it, and service my system further for a very reasonable price. You can be confident that Brad and Astoria will fix your problem quickly! Will be using them again.

I’ve had an extremely hard time finding someone to come and check out an issue with my AC unit. After nearly giving up, I called super early this morning and they were at my door shortly after, and fixed my issue quickly and for a fair price. Will definitely be using them for any future AC repairs! Cannot recommend enough!

Brad did a great job installing are new HVAC unit. Got a TRANE product for a very good price. Would use again.
