As a first-time reviewer, I feel compelled to share my frustrating experience with this roofing company. When I purchased my house five years ago, the promise of a brand-new roof was a significant factor in the home’s price. Fast forward to the present, and I find myself dealing with a leaking roof. Naturally, I contacted the same company that installed the roof. After receiving a quote, I reached out to Michael, the owner, hoping to negotiate a solution. Unfortunately, he neither returned my calls nor took responsibility for the issue. Instead, he delegated the matter to his assistant. The proposed resolution was underwhelming: a mere 10% discount and a paltry six-month warranty. I requested a more reasonable offer—$100 off the price and a one-year warranty—but was met with resistance. It appears they are aware that their work doesn’t stand the test of time. What’s particularly frustrating is that there is no visible damage to the roof. Yet, I now face significant expenses to rectify a problem they should have addressed properly in the first place. As a homeowner, this situation is both disappointing and costly. In summary, I strongly advise against using this roofing company. Their lack of accountability and unwillingness to stand behind their work has left me in a difficult position. Save yourself the headache and seek a more reliable contractor elsewhere.

Great company, prices are good, workers very polite and friendly. Ask for Neil if you need a new roof, very professional and knowledgeable, he will explain to you the all process in details and will be present during the installation, will answer all your questions. I spoke to 10 companies before I made a decision with which company to go. Never regret that I chose Roof Pros USA. Thank you!

Roof Pros work effort and finished product was excellent, I would not hesitate to recommend their roofing services to friends and colleagues. When an issue was identified with some gutter damage during installation of the roof, Roof Pros corrected the damage better than expected. Can not ask for a more professional work ethic and results! 5 Stars no question about it.
