Tim Lee was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and easy to get a hold of at all times. Tim helped solve a drainage problem on my property with excellent precision and attention to all details.
He installed a 4" perforated pvc pipe across a 275 ft swale and pitched it perfectly using a laser every few feet. He dug the entire area by hand to ensure complete accuracy with little disturbance to the surroundings.
Tim is super friendly and professional and would recommend him to anybody with drainage concerns in their yard. He really has a deep knowledge on how drainage systems work and will custom tailor a plan to your exact situation.
Tim was great in getting us the fill we needed for our new garage/shop. He went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule. He was very fair with his pricing and we are very satisfied with his work.

One of the nicest people you will meet. Tim did a fill pad for a new garage for me and added and graded a pad extension to the other end of my home.
Took care of some other small fill and grading around my property.
Everything came out outstanding.
