We had the pleasure of working with Rebecca with Good Looking Fence. She installed the fence between our backyard and our neighbors. They were easy to work with and were able to split the cost with our neighbor without issue. The fence looks really good so far!

Good Looking Fence

Do not live up to their workmanship warranty. Good looking fence put in a PVC fence for us. The fence started out ok. But in less than a year it was terribly uneven, some posts sunk, one huge section leaning over, gaps in the fence in many areas, overall it looks terrible. Unfortunately they don't seem to stand behind their workmanship guarantee. I reached out to them last October (well within the 1 year warranty) and they confirmed the warranty timing and asked for photos of the issues, which we provided. Then for the past 6 months they have continued to avoid us. They have not returned multiple phone calls, numerous texts, or messages on their web site. Unfortunately we have spent thousands of dollars on a fence that looks terrible and doesn't fully serve its purpose for privacy. I would not recommend using their services.

Good Looking Fence

Worst company ever!! This is what your fence will look like after 3 years, completely falling apart and rotting. We would be fine if they offered to repairit but after calling them a ton of times with no response, they came out and said they chose the wrong type of wood. But won't repair it or replace it. Won't answer our calls anymore. Don't risk such an expensive project on a company like this, who doesn't stand by their work. I get it if the fence was old. Our neighbors fence is 10 years older and totally fine.

Good Looking Fence

They put up a nice fence for me but they made it so I can only secure my yard from the outside creating a life and safety hazard in my very own backyard. I've been racking my brain over how I can fix this without doing some ugly-looking workaround but I'm not savvy enough. This is so disappointing. 4/2/2024 - If the issue can be resolved, I will absolutely edit back to 5 Stars, without hesitation. Please let me know what to do and I'll give it a shot. 4/25/2024 - Man, still no reply:(

Good Looking Fence

We're super happy with our fence, installed a couple months ago. We got a 3-rail fence with livestock paneling to keep in our dogs. Installation on a little over half an acre was 1 day. The crew was very professional, and ran like a well-oiled machine!

I very much appreciated their attention to detail and quality workmanship - which are evident in the beautiful finished gate and fence. Upon completion of the job, not only did they clean up after themselves, they left the property looking better than they found it. I highly recommend Good Looking Fence!!!
