This company has serviced our condo -Cromwell West- elevator for several years. They are prompt, reliable and efficient. The bonus is that management is customer focused, friendly and responsive
We live at Sunrise Lakes. Our elevator was not working. Tony from Motion Elevator came soon after I called Campbell Management and talked with Diego about our problem.
Tony is a great troubleshooter. He kept at it until he found the problem. He's terrific. Our elevator is working like a charm. Thank you so much.

As a Manager of a Condominium with elevators it has been nothing but positive when Daniel our tech comes to service them. He almost ALWAYS comes the same day and he is like the elevator ninja. I call and before I know he has even shown up he is in front of me telling me I'm all set and what was wrong and that it's fixed. If you want knowledgeable, dependable, and efficiency, your only choice is MOTION!!! THANKS DANIEL JBTS APPRECIATES YOU!!!

6 months to fix an elevator. Failed inspection 2x call different company save the headache. Terrible attitudes, save yourself a headache, thank me later by calling their friendly competitors ?

I have worked with Motion Elevators for 3 years, with 2 different companies. The team at Motion Elev is amazing. They provide prompt service; they are extremely reliable during an emergency and professional. Amanda is my favorite! She is literally a lifesaver and always takes the time to follow up. Thank you Motion for continuously providing top notch service. 10/10 highly recommended.

We needed our one and only elevator to work, the current company we were using kept telling us they had to locate a part, after 5 days, I called Motion Elevator and they resolved our issue within the same day. They were courteous, understanding and communicated with us during the entire process…they saved the day!

I needed an elevator inspection asap, and Amanda at Motion Elevator was able to accommodate me on that same day! Tony, the technician, showed up right on time, completed his inspection within an hour, and went above and beyond explaining to me his findings. Great experience with Motion, and I highly recommend!!

Our association went with Motion for our full elevator modernization because they were the one maintaining our elevator and they were very informative at the beginning of the process, but this was not an easy project to complete with them. They will squeeze money out of you and you will find out many things that were left out or was not told to you that you will need to pay extra for if you need to make sure the project come out decent. $80K elevator from Motion and this is the finish product that the association received at the end. We were told to pay more money to get it cleaned up. The floor does not look like it will last more than six months. The arm has a big whole in it and they refused to fix it. Also, no instructions was provided on how to maintain the elevator or the floor. Very poor customer service once down payment was received and contract was signed. We are surprised and shock at the same time. We didn’t think that they could behave this poorly. We will hire another company to help us make the finish product look more presentable since Motion does not want to do it without additional money. Buyer beware when doing business with These ladies.

As the manager of a condominium association with 14 elevators, I have had the pleasure, and the good fortune, to work with Motion Elevator for all of our elevator needs. Our most recent experience required a replacement of a car floor. Rose and crew handled all for us and Motion was in and out in less time than anticipated. The two mechanics on the job were AWESOME! Professional, respectful and always communicative to me and to my staff. I recommend Motion to anyone who has a need for superior elevator service. Thank You Motion for another job well done!
