Jim Roth the owner of Mowrey Elevator is a dumb ass and rude. Elevator at hotel has been down for 5 days. Meanwhile, having to deal with not so understanding upset guests. We have three floors, so image the frustration. The starter is shot, the tech informed me he will order one and have it delivered overnight, on Monday. It's Wednesday, and I called and the part has not been delivered. Or should I say not been picked up at the UPS store. So, just got off the phone with Jim and it will be Thursday before it's delivered and fixed. I had to call him twice today just to get a straight answer. They are an elevator company, order supplies and keep in stock! Duh! I must agree with the previous review, this is the worst elevator company. If I could convince my supervisor to get a different elevator company I would. They are awful!!!!!
Stay clear doing work with Mowery Elevators. We have multiple elevators in our community that have been down for upwards of a month. It is impossible to get ahold of them to come and fix. When we do finally get in touch with them we are given the run around and also been hung up on multiple times. The manager- Jim is argumentative and rude. They have poor customer service along with poor work ethic. When they are scheduled to show up, they no show.

I am the General Manager of CubeSmart on Beach Blvd and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I had both my elevators shut down during a huge move out. I had 5 movers and a couple of my customers stuck in the lobby for over a 1/2 hour along with another customer stuck on the 2nd floor. After trying everything, I entered an emergency service ticket. Within 10 minutes, Ron Wright was here!!! He had both elevators operational within minutes. He then walked me through exactly what to do if the issue happens again. His service and was absolutely exceptional!!!!

Mowrey Elevator leaves much to be desired. Where do I start. (1) They have failed to uphold their service contract and are constantly being called because our elevators keep breaking down. (2) They are supposed to proactively service parts on a regular basis and have failed to do that. (3) they are using junk parts to get stuff patched at our elevators and we keep having issues. (albeit, I know their parts depot was affected by a hurricane 2 years ago) (4) Our Condo has been cited 3 times by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. which includes inspecting an elevator without a current certified elevator inspection license; employing persons to maintain/repair without a license; working without a technician license AND Operating an elevator without a valid certificate of operation. Mowrey has not paid the violations and our condo had to pay the 3 fines. I am disgusted by the business professionalism Mowrey shows in operating like this. Posted 3/31/2020.

This is commercial applications it's an elevator company there's many to choose from but this is a family-owned pretty large company but you get that service of that family-owned business compared to some of the big giant people I totally recommend them and ask for Andrew

Absolutely AWFUL!!!!!! they service the elevators where I live and the tech has been here 4 times in just under a month constantly breaking or doors won't open at floor it's nothing but trouble has been since I lived here!! Absolutely hate mowrey elevators they ARE the WORST!!!!!
