Needed some weed eater fuel hose. Called 10 minutes to 4 as I was driving by. They said we close at 4 don’t come up here. I get we close at 4 but figured that would mean we Lock the doors and then do our close out. Nope. That means SAYL we walking out and locking the door at 3:55. Was also told sorry I don’t make the hours…. Oh well.

One star because they made delivery easy other than that....
Nice way to "GET" customers.
Your website states: We also offer Weekend Specials! You are only charged a one day rental charge on weekend rentals. Your time runs from Friday at 3:00 PM until Monday at 9:00 AM! You can't beat that deal!"
What's the deal? A weekend is 2 days, Sat and Sun. Yet you only allow 8 hours before you charge "overage" time? That's a CROCK. ANY reasonable person would read "the deal" as that you get the extra Friday Hours..
Will NEVER rent from this place again. Have rented equipment from many places over the years and have NEVER been charged like this.

Very positive experience renting a concrete saw from these guys; picked the saw up on Friday afternoon a little after 3; they showed me how to start it, use it, and some of the tricks. I spoke with them at some length about whether to use a diamond blade (wet) or use composites-- they really know their stuff, and their prices on blades were better than Lowe's.
Prices even included a gallon of pre-mixed gas. Nice.
A very positive experience and I plan to use them when ever I have one of those tools I need to rent, rather than buy.
