We have been using this service since we bought our home in Miami. The previous owners passed down the information and we updated the membership and are extreme satisfied with their service. Scheduling an appointment is easy and they respond within the day. Carlos has been amazing! He not only provides great service but also gives us tips to make sure our home is well cared for. I highly recommend!

Our landlord hired this company to tent our place. The crew that should have arrived at my house the day of the tenting was two hours early and had an attitude. I tried to maintain a positive attitude as I know doing this job is difficult. The head of their crew, Juan, lacks customer service training, making communicating with them harder. As I did a walk-through with them to make sure everything that needed to be removed had been removed, they came across a fence that divided our home. They immediately said we needed to remove fence pieces to tend the house. I explained that I had contacted the landlord because I was only a tent. This didn’t sit well with Juan, who said he was wasting time and had a crew in the truck getting paid by the hour to sit there. I told Juan I understood, but just like his time and the crew’s time was of value, so was mine. He had showed up two hours early with no warning and now was asking to remove fence pieces and going as far as one of his crewmen grabbing tools out of my toolbox and saying we can use this to remove the fence pieces. Even after all this, they were supposed to call me to confirm the time to pick up the keys to my place, but once again, I had to call them several times the day before to get a time from them. But Juan made sure to ask me to be sure to give them a review and that his boss “Sal” was sorry for the inconvenience. I waited a week to write this review, so I knew I was not writing it angry. I would not recommend this company because they lack communication, professionalism, and customer service, and this is why I would give them 1 star.

Great service, Juan Aquino, the person leading the group, was very professional and courteous, he took the time to explain the entire process. I’m 100% satisfied with the service I received by Guarantee Floridian.
