I ordered a key code gate operator. I was overcharged. after a series of calls and multiple screwups of their part including never receiving the item, I gave up. It was complete incompetence and broken promises. I then was shorted $25.22 on the refund. I will never do business with All Security Equipment again. They were polite though.

Super fast shipping and exceptional customer service. Both times ordering replacement arms for my gate, I received the item the next business day or two after ordering with regular shipping. Wish every material purchase order would go like this!! Keep up the good work.

If price is what you are shopping for these guys have good prices. If you're in a hurry or need a company you can count on for reliable shipping ... then these guys are out to lunch. I have ordered 4 gate openers from them and had issues with all the shipping. Do your research as the sales guys are not the most knowledgeable about the products. Often time they forget to tell you that you're going to need a part ...then you are stuck in the middle of an install and have tonwait for their mediocre shipping department to ship the extra part AT YOUR EXPENSE. All Security does not do you any favors if they are not getting paid. Also make note that they will not take returns on any part period. This just happened to me recently when an gate operator's clutch went out, I ordered the part plus an extra one, it shipped out and and while installing the clutch the motor blew and the board fried... they would NOT take a return on the extra unused unopened clutch...so into the metal recycle bin I guess. Then I bought another gate opener from them and of course they screwed up the shipping for the 4th time....forgetting to turn in the order to the shipping department .... meanwhile I get no customer loyalty recognition. Oh well I guess I have to write this review...it started off at 3 stars but by the time I got down to these words it's now 2 stars...probably 2.5 is accurate.

I really like their website, very helpful. I ordered an enclosure that unfortunately was no longer available and got refunded very promptly. Also I did make two calls asking for technical advice and they were very helpful. Very Happy
