The one star reflects the poor judgement, abuse, and lack of respect experienced at Kobi Karp. I cannot recommend this place at all.

New prime property on Federal and Oakland Park in Fort Lauderdale looks less like a work of architectural design and more like linear road kill. The fact that you took little inspiration from the architectural gem right there on the corner, or from any number of wonderful structural or textural influences in the city is regrettable. It's a huge step back for the city of Fort Lauderdale. I’d say go back to the drawing board but it’s too late for that. This behemoth will be an eyesore in this area for decades to come.

This is not so much reviewing the actual office as it is the company as a whole which is nothing short of 5 Stars! Kolbi Karp has redefined what it means to bring creative and enthralling architecture to a municipal and effectively brand and point one's own unique stamp on so many amazing projects. Also the office facility is very fun and clearly attracts some strong minds to lend support to Kolbi and Nancy's vision.
