I always do my due diligence before I decide to do business with any company. Specially a service company. I was so blessed to find these guys. In my research I discovered that it is almost impossible to find an elevator foreman that truly understands relay logic. Not even Otis could guarantee me that their forman would understand my elevator. Sergio from General Elevator company not only proved to me that he is an expert in his craft but it was obvious from the very beginning that he genuinely cared about getting my elevator up to par and he did not have a hidden agenda to slam me with an expensive service contract as did every other company I spoke with. There is nothing worse than having to go through a sleazy sales person before you can get an actual technician to effectively diagnose your equipment. That was not the case here. I was able to deal directly with the the people evaluating and repairing my elevator from the very start. I just wish I would have found them earlier in my search.
Extremely professional Company. Has been in the league for decades and loves what they do, and let’s not mention they’re customer service. Everything A+ quality, from the labor and workers to communication and reassurance. 11/10!

We have used them for a few years at our condo building. Absolutely the worst company to deal with. They NEVER answer calls or return messages. They simply send bills. We are done with their unprofessional work ethic.

Great service and amazing installation. Even though you are the boss you’ve never considered it beneath you to get your hands dirty while working on a project. Thank you for giving us the same respect and dignity that you would give to your professional equals.
