THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL DISASTER. I WAITED 1 WEEK FOR THEM TO COME TO MY BUSINESS AND THEY NEVER SHOW UP. EVERY TIME I CALLED TO ASK AN ESTIMATED TIME OF SERVICE MAGGY WILL ALWAYS SAY "I'M GOING TO ASK MY BOSS AND CALLED YOU RIGHT BACK" CALL THAT UP TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED. I GOT TIRED OF WAITING FOR THEM AND CONTACT ANOTHER COMPANY WHO HAD MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICES. I DO WANT TO SAY I DONT GIVE REVIEWS BUT I FELT LIKE THEY MADE ME LOSE MY TIME.

I stopped one of the guys running around helping a neighbor in my warehouse complex, after I got chewed out by the fire marshal for not being up to code , here what happened : 1 - I was not scheduled - The guy was super nice, very helpful and was able to do the update to my extinguishers and such (after helping the initial client) and was done within the hour. 2 - I had to replace an entire exit light unit. The initial guy didn't have that equipment and said someone else would be by. I assumed he meant the next day. The other guy showed up about an hour later! Incredible!! Was also done in less than an hour and when he was finished, it was as if he'd never been there. (Also very nice and courteous person. ) Its amazing customer service, and I wasn't even a previous client, but I'll be one forever now! The Office was also very quick, pleasant and easy to work with. 10/10 - would highly recommend!!!
