Deibby, Flor, & Liona we're very professional and did an amazing job cleaning my aunts house. My aunt is older and has A LOT of things but they were able to deep clean her house and it was beautiful when they were all done. This was the first time my aunt has had her house cleaned professionally and she loved it!
Can I give more than 5 stars, because I want to give Taunny and Lissette 10 stars for their exceptional work and diligence! I could not be more pleased with the service from Molly Maid, from the convenience of booking the appointment to following up on the job done. However, the highlight was the actual cleaning by these 2 lovely ladies, who made my place look brand new and spotless! Can't wait to see them again in 2 weeks, for I am most certainly sold on being a repeat customer! Thank you Molly Maid!

We have been using Molly Maids for at least nine months now.
The womem who come to our home are Tauny Russo and Liset.
They are on time and only once that they were going to be late they called well in advance to let us know. They are unobtrusive and polite: quiet and efficient. They are willing to do anything we might ask them to do. When they are gone the only evidence that they were here is a clean home. The people who work in their office are very flexible with temporary changes we have had to make. When we have need to call the office someone has gotten back to us the same day if not within an hour of our call

I've been using molly maid for the past few months. I have chosen to give them 1 star because of the maids lack of care for ones property. In the last visit to my house, during their cleaning, a shower door was cracked and a complaint was filed. The company and/or its franchisee is refusing to repair the glass because it was not cracked in a certain way or matter(whatever that means). As of now, we will have to come out of pocket for the repairs. Here is a tip for anyone who hires these people. Keep an eye on their work constantly, at first the cleanings were done right, after a few weeks the quality starts to deteriorate. Unfortunately, I should have fired them before, but due to my busy schedule I didn't in time. Due to the company's refusal to do the repairs, I have no choice but to take them to small claims Court.

They are a great service. They are quick but also detailed. I have a full wall glass shower and it is always left spotless. All the ladies seem to be around 5.0 - 5.2 tall. I don't know how they get up to the top of the 7.0 tall glass shower wall but they do! Love them!
