I used this company twice in the past 5 years. Once to fix a toilet and once to replace a couple of faucets in my master bedroom. Both times the plumbers went out to purchase necessary parts and returned promptly and fixed the issues in a quick and efficient manner. They aren’t the cheapest in town but they definitely are the quickest and most reliable. And for me, that’s all the matters.
The Roto Rooter team were professional, timely, and completed service really quickly. Odilio our repair guy came through and did a great job with replacing our garbage disposal. Highly recommend them and will use again in the future

Have had multiple interactions with RR, since purchasing and older home. Staff works to get the job done. However, clients should be persistent to call and follow up to ensure they complete the work they outline. Six month warranty on work is helpful.
Notably, in December I had a pipe stuck in my vent stack and the team (Robert and Santana) went above and beyond to fix it. I appreciated their dedication.
