I will never try to file a claim without Yudi! Yudi was referred to me after a building issue flooded my condo. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of my claim, and Yudi was a fierce advocate for me! I am so grateful for her guidance and wisdom in this process. I have already recommended Yudi to many friends.
Yudi (adjuster) and I built an excellent relation of trust and determination. From the beginning she explained the process in detail and established clear expectations, which eliminated all frustrations from the claim process. She represented us like she was an extension of my family, and fought for what was right and fair. Taking her advice was key to a very successful outcome, and I strongly recommend her.
