Top shelf professionals. Exceptional service, beautiful design work, and excellent results. Naples Kitchen and Bath transformed our kitchen and their work is "perfection". I had heard good things about them from a neighbor, and they delivered. Our family truly enjoyed the experience from beginning to end. The design process was fun, engaging, and supportive. We listened to their advice on a few things that are now our absolute favorite. The remodel crew was super clean and organized. Our condo superintendent even shared that they did an outstainding job being respectful and cleaning up the construction site, leaving it better than before. We will use them again when we redo our bathrooms. Great company.

I met with Brian and his team back in May- June 2023 to discuss my ideas regarding remodeling my kitchen. I shared a few pictures of what I would like to do, and Brian and his team got the ball rolling. I had the pleasure to work with Andrea as my designer and she came out to the house and discuss in greater detail of what I envisioned. Once we had our ideas on paper, I went to the office and Brian, Andrea and the team were well prepared as we reviewed everything on the TV to illustrate the finished look. This wasn't going to be a quick and easy project by any means. I wanted walls removed, to keep my existing floor, add lighting, moving plumbing, and all appliances Etc. I had the flexibility to start my project on or around December 08- Justin my main contact for the project reached out a week prior to the schedule and asked if they could get this going a few days sooner then planned- I was ready and anxious to begin. Justin took total control of my project and he and his associate Christian cracked the whip. Looking back on this project, many times I asked myself what was wrong with what I had ( I lived in my house durning the construction) I survived it. I was promised a completion date by mid to late March of 2024- I was delighted to have running water, and a functioning kitchen the first week of March- We had a punch list to complete and this took a little time, but as of today- My home is completed. My home had a major transformation and I love the outcome! Thanks Brian, and thank you Justin for staying on top of my project, you went above and beyond to make sure that my home was completed without any shortcuts. A job well done! John

Yeah it's not the place, it's the individuals employed. I have called and even personally asked employees to not park in our spaces which are clearly mark3d all the way down the parking strip."No Parking" It's becoming a serious problem. Thanks for the trash. And rudeness.

You don't always get what you pay for, but with NK&B you do! There is no doubt that NK&B was the most expensive option for our recent major renovation project (including the relocation of our kitchen), but we went with them because we felt confident that they would do a great job without us being around during the project. We appreciated that they are a one-stop-shop, and we were able to work directly with them for all the details of our project. The renovation came out great! Everything wrapped up almost 2 months early (unheard-of nowadays!), and due to great planning by our design consultant (Barbara) we only went 1% over the budgeted amount. Barbara was a pleasure to work with, and she provided excellent guidance and feedback during the design phase. The Construction Manager, Steve, did a great job at keeping things moving along throughout the project. He worked with us to quickly address any questions/issues that came up along the way. NK&B continues to be extremely responsive for a couple of minor issues that arose after we made our final payment for the project. The Service and Warranty Manager, Ken, makes sure that any issues are addressed in a timely manner.

Don't bother with these guys, we had a small kitchen and bath remodel with downstairs flooring and they quoted $350,000 roughly 250% above the other 3 quotes we received. They are using the brand name of being Naples to their bid advantage servicing places in Port Royal and high end homes.

Had Naples kitchen and bath do our master, laundry room and kitchen - did a fabulous job - loved working with their employees - however when I called back to ask for assistance with a small powder room they decided to “pass” on the small job - I guess unless you want to spend 200,000 plus you need to go elsewhere ?
