The absolute best in the business. Our experience working with Ryan & Seth was perfect from start to finish. We shopped around for a few months before coming across Supreme Windows, the choice was then obvious. They were super knowledgeable and professional while we worked with them to pick the right shades for us. The process was quick and seamless, could not be happier with the final result.

Supreme Windows did an excellent job with are curtains and shades! They worked with us from start to finish! They are professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They have much patience and really care that the customer is fully satisfied. We appreciated their expertise and feedback in our selections. Our home looks lovely and thanks to them, the window treatments make quite the statement! We are so glad we chose them!

I noticed that my Hunter Douglas window blind had come apart and fell down at my condo on Marco Island. Since I live in Ohio, I couldn't be there to have someone give me an opinion about repairing or replacing. Supreme came out and advised that it needed replaced. They took care of everything at a fair price. I am very happy with their service.

Professional, efficient, timely, and excellent customer communication. The process of ordering our Hunter Douglas power view Palm Beach shutters & power view Pirouettes was seamless from the ordering to the installation, which was done perfectly!!! We could not be more pleased with our purchase and our choosing Supreme Window Coverings to do an excellent job!!! We would highly recommend Supreme Window Coverings. I highly recommend Supreme Window Coverings to anyone interested in shades. My experience was exceptional from beginning to end. Knowledge, customer service, ample communication, follow-through, and execution are all equally important, and Ryan nailed all of them. I'm giving a lot of detail about my experience because my experience was phenomenal. I wouldn't change anything about the process. It was perfect! The entire Supreme Window Coverings family is fantastic! Thanks to all of you for making our shade process easy and not stressful. My Experience: I stopped into Supreme Window Coverings on a whim; I had already visited a Hunter Douglas dealer showroom that was closer, had an upcoming in-store appointment scheduled, and had measurements taken by the closer showroom. I had just left a non-Hunter Douglas store appointment when I swung into Supreme Window Coverings. By this point, I'd been to two showroom petting zoos - I'd viewed, touched, and felt items in two stores (=petting zoo). I didn't expect much when I walked into Supreme Window Coverings; I thought I'd appease my husband, who had reservations with the closer Hunter Douglas dealer. Ryan was working that day; he was polite, made himself available, asked how he could help, answered questions, and showed me different shade options. What I thought would be a quick in and out on my way home became me perusing through many shade and fabric books. I like seeing everything and only need occasional help. Ryan picked up on that and didn't overcrowd, but he stayed close, an earshot away. He regularly checked in to see if I had questions or needed anything. From the moment I walked into his store, he was the right amount of helpful for me and not pushy. I appreciated that. Ryan ordered samples for me that day. Because everything was going so well, I scheduled an in-home measurement appointment for the upcoming week ( It was out of season). Ryan emailed me confirming the appointment and called when he was on his way. He was professional, well-prepared, and on time; he wore disposable shoe covers (The other Hunter Douglas reseller didn't have shoe covers - annoying). Ryan brought the roller samples I selected in the store (my samples hadn't arrived), additional shade books, and fabric books so I could see everything in my home with my lighting. (The other Hunter Douglas reseller said they would bring books to my onsite measurement meeting, but they didn't bring any. Upon their arrival, I was told to schedule a separate meeting in their store. This mistake is why my husband searched for other Hunter Douglas resellers and why I ended up at Supreme Window Coverings - Thank goodness ). After my onsite measurement meeting with Ryan, he committed to providing a quote within 48 hours - The quote was in my inbox within 24 hours (The other two stores took almost two weeks to email their quotes). During the process, Ryan was very responsive via email and text. He provided timely updates - I was always aware of what was happening. During this process, I met Seth. While my interactions with Seth were limited, Seth is extremely knowledgeable in everything his company sells. Thanks to Seth, Trevor, Seth, and Ryan, my installation went smoothly. All of our shades fit and work perfectly
