Steven did a great job servicing our home elevator. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. We have a son with Williams Syndrome and Steven was very kind and patient answering all Tommy’s questions. Gulfside Elevator is lucky to have him represent their Company.

Called Gulf shore. Quick response. Tech, Steven Alvarez was wonderful. Explained everything in detail and showd me worn parts. He was wonderful.to work with. He knew he stuff, and helped me understand.

Good service and they come when they say and do good work leaving things clean and working well. Very appreciated after Hurricane Ian! He made sure all was good before he left. A great guy!

Jorge was amazing! He was not only competent but also great at explaining the workings of the elevator. He told me about all sorts of features of our elevator that no one else mentioned. I now feel competent to deal with minor issues on my own and how to avoid creating issues. Thanks Jorge!!

We experienced an excellent service call with Bobby and his partner. He did a thorough inspection, aggressive cleaning and lubrication of our elevator system. We felt comfortable that this important feature of our home was serviced and working as it should at the end of the service call. We live on the gulf side of Florida and Bobby was on assignment from the east side of the state. Unquestionably, we’d welcome him back whenever he has the opportunity to work the gulf side again!

Jorge Arevalo did an excellent job with some adjustments we needed, as well as our annual service. He was very knowledgeable and had the confidence of someone who has been in the field 10+ years. I learned a lot from him today as he explained certain things. Plus, my dog liked him a lot! Thank you for a job well done, Jorge!

Excellent experience. Scheduling for service was simple and easy. Received a call prior to arrival -- the technician showed up during the scheduled window was friendly, proficient and helpful. Gulfside even followed up to make sure everything was fine the day after the appointment. Highly recommend! The annual service call was $599.
