I see I’m not the only one to leave a review about Oracle Elevator drivers. Someone else’s review called them reckless and aggressive.
About 30 minutes ago a guy driving an Oracle Elevator van did a u-turn, with no room to do so, in front of me and another vehicle almost causing a 3 car pile up. The plate was Florida AFDBIR and I have it recorded on my dashcam. These people represent your company when they’re driving your vehicles! Do some safe driving meetings with FHP or CCSO.

Drivers for Ocacle Elevator are reckless and aggressive. If you care about you community please choose a different company.

I had the pleasure of having Pete Lewkowicz come out to my home to look at my elevator from the moment he stepped into my home he was gracious, kind , knowledgeable and exemplified excellent customer service .
This company goes the distance for their clients. Pete is an asset to Oracle Elevator.

We live in a very expensive neighborhood in Naples, Fl. It is hard to get treated fairly by trade companies the farther south you go, west of US 41 in this city. About 10 years ago we called a local elevator repair company and the owner threatened to report us to code enforcement if we did not install a phone in our elevator (this was a lie). He gave us an estimate to install the phone at the cost of my right arm, plus one trillion dollars! We are inspired to attempt to do a lot of home repairs because of unfair treatment and overpriced bills by companies. After refilling hydraulic fluid in our elevator and flipping the breaker, we could not trigger the elevator to reset. We surrendered and called Oracle, randomly, and Pete Lewkowicz (manager of this branch) answered the phone and headed to our house that afternoon. He was incredibly helpful, honest, knowledgeable, and professional. He found our problem, and needed to come back to correct it with a part. He does what he says he is going to do. He showed up for our family and helped us find the solution. Pete is not only a nice guy, but he was AMAZINGLY FAIR with our bill. I would recommend this company to anyone, as long as Pete is in charge!
